I didn't refuse to scan... He didn't give me any time to do it. He just put me in specs and instantly banned. Literally seconds. I can't do everything in an instant.

Since that, am I unbanned or no? Because I didn't refuse.

I don't get what you don't understand: your scan didn't come out as clear, hence you were banned. They stated that they ban players that refuse to scan for a couple a days on the first try then it's permanent. I guess it's either you refused once to scan or they took it that you're using some kind of help (i.e wallhack, aimbot). I don't think they'll hand you another chance, so I'd say start searching for another server if you haven't already. You weren't banned cause you refused to scan but because your scan didn't come out clear. You're clearly using something cause a CFG + A DLL pop up on your scan.

It was just a cfg, some kind of a leftover. Temporary file as the name says "m4c_temp.cfg" I don't know what that was my self. In DLL's when you click on "Cstrike DLL's" there was nothing there. It was validated and nothing cam up red or suspicious. That scan is wrong. It said I had steam cs, but I was playing form non-steam at that specific time and so does it says for everyone. Nothing is perfect.

 

I see that you ban here ANYONE that has a "red" scan. Maybe first check and get some intel of what it actually is. CFG doesn't help you or give you and advantage in any way. It's literally settings and controls for your CS. It is also configured for each system/computer differently. It is not random. You can't download anyone's CFG. Now because they named it "AIM.cfg" you won't start shooting nothing but heads. Everyone's computer is different, therefore the CFG has to be manually made/configured to your system and believe me. I'm no expert in making CFG's. I also disbelieve in DLL's as they also don't give you any advantage apart form completely fucking up your CFG's, controls, settings or in general the whole CS.

 

P.S. That's why I keep telling you here, to get an auto demo recorder and a screenshot ban plugin which takes a screenshot right when you get banned. Demo and SS is all you need. In demo you will see exactly how the player is playing and in SS you will see anything he is using (if he is using anything) The screen will have everything what the player sees. There is nothing more perfect and precise than that.

I didn't post on behalf of that server, I don't even play there -- I just took a look over your ban appeal, and you're right; your DLLs come clear but some of them take those configs as hacks and whatnot, it's funny that every kid thinks that a config is automatically a hack, which is not true whatsoever. Thing is, real cheats use DLLs and other metods to inject into the game's memory, so that's why they're taken as cheats. Either way, I'd suggest to start playing on another server. There's plenty out there -- we've some on our community, too. 

 

I get that you liked that server and whatnot, but believe me, I was in the same shithole; got permanently banned on the server that I was a Owner and player for 3 years. It's some how kids are nowadays. Eventually I managed to get that unban, it wasn't fair whatsoever, I've over ~3700 hours on Steam, been playing this game for almost 13 years, my Steam account was made 9 years ago, I'd say I would've get VAC Banned by now. Let me ask you a question, you guys over there don't have any servers? That can't be true, besides that your ping would be much lower and it'd instantly make a smoother experience.

I've seen that long ass time ago. Like 2 years back. They were literally banning me because I was too good. They didn't use this scanner back then. Also no demos or screens were automatically taken. There was no way to prove that I wasn't cheating. It was just awful. I keep coming back and playing here because I like the servers. I have a good ping on here. I like the atmosphere. Here are also some people that understand English. I really respect this community, but they just can't appreciate it and that just makes me sad.

I'm not in favor of this scanner neither, mainly because it's coded by Romanians; and I know best not to trust them. It's also that some good reverse engineers (specialized in malware analysis) have found this scanner to be full of backdoors. Besides, I don't think this scanner does a better job than Valve's Anti Cheat (yes, we all know VAC is outdated for 1.6, but still). Whatever, we've a server on this community that has the autorecording plugin -- if you want it I could PM it to you and if ever in trouble, I'll be more than happy to assist you.
